Floor Plan Service

As an additional service to the production of EPCs, we also offer a floor plan drawing service, mainly aimed at Estate Agents for inclusion in their property marketing literature and web sites.  Floor plans are essential in giving potential purchasers an idea of building layout before they see the property and afterwards as an aide-memoire.  We will generate floor plans using our CAD software either as a standalone service or combined with the EPC instruction.  This service is FREE when combined with the instruction to perform the Energy Performance Assessment.

Please note:

• All descriptions, dimensions, areas and other details shown in the plans are given in good faith and are believed to be correct, but any intending purchasers should be advised not rely on them as statements or representations of fact, but must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the correctness of each of them.

 

• All measurements are approximate.

 

•   All drawings will be representational of the property and layout of rooms will be indicative only. We will not include detailed measurements of each and every room so as not to contravene the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991.  These plans should be use to supplement your own internal measurements and not to replace them. 

 

• All drawings can be provided in any number of formats.  However it will normally be in JPEG format for inclusion in printed material or in HTML format for inclusion into web pages, unless otherwise requested.
